Nicki has been part of the club story since she was 10, spending summer holidays here and being coached by the late Gordon Ritchie. Those early foundations helped her passion — and talent — take flight, and her amateur career really blossomed during her university years.
Her achievements are outstanding: three-time Kent Champion, winner of numerous events including the Wentworth Scratch and an English Intermediate Championship, and a key member of the Kent Ladies side that won the National County Championships in 2003. She went on to represent England in the Home Nations, and then Great Britain & Ireland in the Curtis Cup in 2004. Today, she continues to give back to the sport as Manager of Kent Ladies.
After several years devoted to teaching maths and raising a family, Nicki has returned to the game, newly qualified as a coach and full of fresh energy and purpose.
Nicki is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities discover (or rediscover) golf — building confidence, sharpening skills, and most of all, enjoying the journey. We’re thrilled to have her back where it all began, inspiring the next generation of golfers at Hythe Golf Club.
